The last Mayweather Pacquiao is one of the greatest recorded fight in the history of boxing which turned out to garner great profit from the fight. However, with the new challenger calling out Mayweather, the McGregor Mayweather fight happening at Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena is said to be one of the biggest bout to overcome the Mayweather Pacquiao fight. The most anticipated event to happen on the 26th of August with the Mayweather vs McGregor live streaming happening simultaneously during their live fight.

It is very apparent that a lot are excited to see the fight and the fighters to face it off in the ring, however, boxing traditionalists see the fight to be a joke. It may be interesting to see that a UFC fighter challenges a well renowned and undisputed boxer however, such cross matching is disrespectful to them. On that same note, they are looking down on McGregor’s ability being a two time UFC world champion with a professional record of 21 wins in his career and 18 of which is via knockout comparable to Mayweather’s record of 49 wins and 26 of which are via knockout. Others seems to underestimate McGregor’s ability and others doubt if he can keep up with Mayweather.

There are a lot of opinions and comments about them on who will remain standing on top but one comment was sure about the McGregor and Mayweather fight, it is like having to put a pingpong player champion against a tennis player champion in a tennis arena. Both are in different worlds although some of their methodologies in sport are similar, it will still give a great impact to each fighter. Mayweather is being challenged in the ring that he is very comfortable with, now here comes McGregor, he may know how to throw punches but fighting in a boxing arena tells a whole different story.
